+ 1. What platform will you build my website on?

I'll use Squarespace to build your site. It's easy, fun and simple for you to use on your own when the design process is finished. Head this way to read up on Squarespace is the best option for your website!

+ 2. Do I need to buy a domain or hosting before working with you?

Nope, you can buy your domain directly through Squarespace. However, if you already have a domain somewhere else (like Dreamhost), that's cool too. I'll just redirect your domain to your Squarespace website!

+ 3. Do I need to provide my own photos?

Yes. There are lots of free stock photos available to you. I can help you find some that will fit your brand.

+ 4. Do you offer any other services?

Yes, I offer ebook design, PDF design, webinar design and more. Just let me know if there's anything extra that you're interested in and I'll send you a quote!

+ 5. How long will my project take to complete?

This depends on the package you choose. Branding takes 2-3 weeks and Website Design takes 3-4 weeks to complete.

+ 6. How does your payment process work?

Payments are usually spit into three payments. One to reserve your spot on my calendar, another when the contract is signed and the third when your website is ready to launch.

+ 7. Are hosting, domain and other third party fees included in your packages?

No, you will be responsible for any third party fees such as registering your domain, email marketing services (ConvertKit or Mailchimp) used for newsletters, and Squarespace's monthly or annual plans. Oh yeah don't forget, you get a 20% discount off your Squarespace plan when you work with me.

+ 8. How can I contact you?

My business hours are Monday - Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM EST Time.
